Services Provided
Santana Power Equipment LLC rents construction and landscaping equipment — including dump trailers, mini skid steers, and excavators — to customers in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Availability, rental periods, delivery, pricing, and deposits are confirmed at the time of booking. Equipment must be returned in the condition it was received, normal wear excepted. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs while the equipment is in their possession.

By opting in through our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Santana Power Equipment LLC about quotes, scheduling, deliveries, pickups, and customer service. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental.

User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, identification, and payment information.
- Operate all equipment safely, legally, and only for its intended purpose, following manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure operators are of legal age, competent, and authorized to use the equipment.
- Do not sublease, modify, or move equipment outside the agreed service area.
- Return equipment on time, fueled and cleaned as agreed, or fees may apply.
- Report damage, malfunction, accident, or theft to us immediately.
Payments & Cancellations
Rental charges, deposits, delivery fees, and late fees are disclosed before your rental begins. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santana Power Equipment LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, job delays, or property damage arising from the use or inability to use rented equipment or this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the rental giving rise to the claim. Equipment is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your rental agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
